Booking Earnings Beat by 33.5%, Revenue Tops

Booking Holdings (BKNG) reported better-than-expected earnings for the third quarter of 2023, beating analyst estimates by 33.5%.

The online travel agency reported adjusted earnings per share of $4.19, surpassing the consensus estimate of $3.85. The company's gross bookings totaled $32.12 billion, a 35.6% increase year-over-year.

Total revenues for the quarter came in at $5.5 billion, representing a 27% increase compared to the same period last year. Net income for the quarter was $1.3 billion.
